Humanitas University is an international university dedicated to the life sciences in Milan (IT). Education
and training are fully integrated with the Scientific Research Center and Humanitas Hospital, one of the
most technologically advanced hospitals in Europe. Today Humanitas University hosts 2000 among
undergraduate and postgraduate students (40% of students are non-italian). We offer 2 international
degree courses:
– Medicine and Surgery (6-years degree course, entirely run in English) – 180 students per year;
– MEDTEC School (6-years degree course in Medicine and Biomedical Engineering, entirely run in
English) – 70 students per year.
Humanitas University stands out for its international outlook and prepares its students to thrive in the
clinical and research areas all over Europe and overseas; we offer a USMLE preparation course to help
students that would like to practice medicine in the United States after the graduation.
Every year Humanitas University offers a number of merit-based scholarships worth between 6.000€ and
16.000€ per year; the scholarship is given accordingly to the HUMAT ranking position.
